FFwD: potato chip tortilla

I loved this one. It was so easy and it did taste so great. A perfect lunch meal.
It had enough taste. And did I mention the easy part????

A nice recipe for everyone, I'm sure. And it looks great.
And because it was so easy, I had a lot of time to think about what to cook on christmas.
My parents and my brother, his wife and their childeren are joining us on the 25th of december.

My menu will be like this:
- Amuse: calvadosapple with pate;
- grilled tuna, broccolimusselini and soysauce;
- melonspoom;
- salmon with zuchinni scales and champagne sauce, accompanied with pommes ducesse and potato gratin;
- poached pear with caramel mousse and almond tuilles.

I'm looking forward to making all of this. I've ordered the fish already. Christmas is the one time a year (almost) when you can get crazy on the menu like this. Maybe I even get it done to make some pictures to blog.

But I've to wait for a week, so I will.

We don't write the recipes on our site, but there are similar recipes to be found on the internet.

Have a nice weekend.

Your Christmas menu sounds lovely. I am not quite so organized this year...

This tortilla was very easy - I was surprised how quickly it came together.

I am so happy you loved this! Yours looks better than mine. Your Christmas meal sounds delicious - especially the poached pear with caramel mousse and almond tuilles!

Glad you enjoyed this - I took a pass as I'm not a great fan of eggs. However, your Christmas menu sounds lovely! I'll be making Ahi for dinner tonight.

I loved how easy this was too. Your Christmas dinner sounds fabulous, especially the fish. I hope you have time to take pictures, because I'd love to see it with its zucchini scales! Have a Merry Christmas!

Your planned Christmas dinner sounds delicious! (Better, I still have to say, than the potato chip tortilla, but yours does look good).

I try to make the pictures. My pommes duchesse, I'm going to make before christmas, so that's one for sure.
