One, not two because she thinks she can't stay away from it, because she wants to eat it. There really was within one hour no crumble left.
So I'm going to make this recipe again this weekend, and for you who don't own the book yet: you should buy it. If it's only because of this delicious recipe.

Lovely tart & what a lucky friend :-)
Beautiful tart! I agree with your friend, this is a good birthday `cake´
This tart would make an excellent birthday treat!
Anja, Beautiful tart! This would definitely make a great birthday cake!
Beautiful tart! Glad your friends enjoyed it.
I would totally want this for my birthday too! Yours looks delicious!
You know it's good when someone wants it again next week (or the next day :))! No wonder, your tart looks wonderful. I made the Nutella and hazelnut version, but the banana looks great (I just ran out of time). Yum!
This is perfect for guests, and a birthday. Looks great!
Looks like you had a perfect day for a celebration!
I love your bias-banana-cut, the elongated slices are very pretty on the top. Of course your friend wants two tarts instead of one for her birthday. She's lucky to have you around to bake her birthday treat and help her celebrate. Have fun.
I haven't made the tart yet, but now I can't wait!!! YUM.
How fun that you got to share your gorgeous +delicious creation ! Nana shared hers ahead of time with my guys who then insisted I prepare it as well:) But I shared my leftovers with the kids school friends before I consumed it all myself.....
